Cassandra Williamson is an associate and member of our litigation team.
Cassandra is a graduate of the combined Juris Doctor and Honours Political Science degree from the University of Ottawa. During her studies, Cassandra participated in the Ottawa Housing Justice Project through the University of Ottawa’s Access to Justice Lab, completed a legal internship at the Montfort Hospital, and served as a mentor to first-year students at the University of Ottawa’s Faculty of Law through the Mentorship Program.
Cassandra worked at Vincent Dagenais Gibson as a summer student and returned to complete her articling before her Call to the Ontario Bar in April of 2024, when she joined the firm’s litigation team as an associate.
Beyond professional interests, Cassandra enjoys spending time outdoors and teaches cycling classes. Originally from Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Cassandra re-located to Ottawa in 2018 to pursue her studies, but maintains close ties to the Northern Ontario community and practices in both official languages.
