Ian Houle is a Partner of Vincent Dagenais Gibson LLP and a member of its litigation team. The experience Mr. Houle brings to the litigation team has been gained through his numerous appearances before the Ontario Civil courts on motions and trials, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Appeal and the Tax Court of Canada.
Mr. Houle's practice involves a broad range of general corporate commercial litigation. He represents a large array of clients including corporations, financial institutions, franchises, the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation and the Office of the Children's Lawyer.
Working closely with clients, Mr. Houle advises them on how to strategically proceed in litigious matters in order to assure the most favourable result to the client, including through the use of alternative dispute resolution methods.
