Ryan regularly assists clients with incorporation, charitable registration, bylaws and policy development, CRA compliance, director responsibilities, and restructuring. He also provides strategic advice on mergers, asset transfers, and risk management for organizations operating in the charitable sector.
Ryan provides a practical, solutions-focused approach while working closely with boards, executive teams, and stakeholders to balance legal requirements with organizational goals.
Passionate about strengthening the sector, Ryan volunteers with community organizations and is a board member of the Catholic Health Sponsors of Ontario and the Rockcliffe Park Foundation.
